Schickt uns eure Comics über Musik in Berlin! Welchen Rhythmus hat Berlin für euch? Welche Musik-Erlebnisse und Musiker*Innen verbindet ihr mit der Stadt - denkt ihr wie Reinhard Kleist an Berlin-Liebhaber Nick Cave, oder an den Mann mit dem Keyboard in der Ubahn? Oder an Popikonen wie Iggy Pop und David Bowie, die in den 70ern in der Hauptstadt weilten und einige ihrer größten Hits aufnahmen? Denkt ihr an das Klackern von Spraydosen, das Rattern der S-Bahnen? Welchen Herzschlag hat diese Stadt für euch? Wie hat Musik in euren Augen Berlin geprägt? Wir freuen uns auf eure Einsendungen! ComicInvasionBerlin, das große Berliner Comicfestival, schreibt 2018 zum 6. Mal seinen Comic Wettbewerb aus. Ausgewählte Comics werden während des Hauptfestivals am 23. und 24. Juni 2018 im Museum für Kommunikation Berlin im Rahmen der ‘Oh Yeah! Popmusik in Deutschland’ Ausstellung ausgestellt und in einem Buch veröffentlicht. Als Gewinn winken zudem Comic-Pakete, Workshops und als Hauptpreis ein Mentoring, um ein größeres Comic Projekt zu starten und sich damit evtl. für das neue Comic Stipendium in Berlin zu bewerben. Berliner*innen jeden Alters können teilnehmen. Altersgruppen: 1. Gruppe: bis 13 Jahre 2. Gruppe: bis 17 Jahre 3. Send us your comics about music in Berlin! What’s the rhythm of Berlin for you? Which musical experiences and musicians do you associate with the city - do you maybe think like Reinhard Kleist about Berlin-lover Nick Cave, or the man with the keyboard at the subway station? Or pop icons like Iggy Pop and David Bowie, who stayed in the capital in the 70s and recorded some of their greatest hits? Think of the clacking of spray cans, the rattling of the subway trains? What’s the city’s heartbeat in your mind? How did music influence Berlin in your eyes? We are looking forward to your submissions! ComicInvasionBerlin, Berlin’s big comics festival, is organizing its 6th comic contest in 2018. Selected comic stories will be exhibited June 23/24 2018 at Museum für Kommunikation within the ‘Oh Yeah! Popmusik in Deutschland’ exhibition and will be published in a book. Participants can win comic book bundles, workshops and mentoring to develop their own project. Berliners of all ages can take part.
